Job Summary:
Team Sunshine is seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Solar Canvasser. As a Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in engaging with homeowners in the community and promoting our team’s initiatives by knocking on doors and setting appointments for our solar pro specialists. Training and software will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the environment, saving homeowners money, and making a great living. Skilled in communication, Motivated individuals will get a clear path to enter into management, sales, and other growth opportunities. The position comes with base pay and performance rewards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with potential customers and set appointments
- Communicate effectively to convey the team’s message and goals, while informing customers about the programs we offer
- Provide information about our programs, services, or products to potential customers
- Actively listen to and acknowledge concerns and questions from potential clients and provide appropriate responses
- Collect data and feedback from interactions for analysis and reporting purposes
- Have fun and be friendly

Experience:

- No sales skills required
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Familiarity with door-to-door canvassing techniques is a plus, but not required
- Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset

We offer competitive compensation for this position. The specific details will be discussed during the interview process.

$45k- $100,000 per year

Base Pay plus uncapped commission
